There’s Only Market In The World Selling All Of The Ford Raptors Right Now
Ford has increased the Raptor nameplate family to three members with the F-150, Ranger, and, most recently, the Bronco. While the United States has the Bronco Raptor and the F-150 Raptor, the Ranger Raptor won’t arrive for another couple of months. However, there is one place in the world where you could buy all three—the well-heeled markets of the Middle East. A place where you can find the World Cup, indoor skiing, incredible off-roading, and beautifully cheap gasoline.
Ford Bronco, F-150, Ranger Raptor: Details
The newest addition to the Ford Middle East lineup is the Bronco Raptor, a perfect marriage of iconic off-road heritage fit for conquering all kinds of terrain, from boulders to sand dunes. Built Untamed and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and hardware, the Bronco Raptor was built by Ford Performance to be the world’s first Ultra4 Racing-inspired SUV.
Meanwhile, the newest generation of the Ford Ranger Raptor came just a year before the Bronco. From its high-performance 3.0-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6, drivers can enjoy up to 392 horsepower, which is slightly less than the Bronco, which has 418 ponies, but both use the same engine. In addition, the second-generation Ranger Raptor lets drivers master any kind of terrain, with seven selectable drive modes and a re-engineered suspension with Ford Performance-developed FOX 2.5-inch Live Valve internal bypass shock absorbers.
Last but not least is the F-150 Raptor, which brings unprecedented power, toughness, and design to the world’s favorite pick-up truck. Unlike the Ranger and Bronco, which ride on the same platform, the F-150 is an altogether different beast. With a new five-link rear suspension design with next-generation Fox shocks with Live Valve technology inspired by trophy trucks that race at Baja and Johnson Valley. In addition, the truck features a two-speed 4×4 system with an automatic torque-on-demand transfer case and a 4.10 final drive ratio.
Middle East customers can contact their local Ford distributor to learn when test driving will be available for any of the three 2022 Raptors. Meanwhile, North America will be close behind in getting all three on their roads, plus the F-150 Raptor R, which takes the full-size truck to the extreme.
