Description
When you’re ready to run 37″ tires on your Raptor and have the ultimate shock system to go with it then this is the kit for you.
The lift features heavy duty ductile iron steering knuckles designed to handle 37″ tall tires with the vehicle’s ESC (electronic stability control) and Traction Control. Typically, 37″ tires will cause steering and brake issues on the factory Ford steering knuckles. Fabtech knuckles are designed for the oversized tires and will provide years of trouble free service.
The lower Raptor control arms are relocated with 1/4″ thick steel Crossmembers and comes with a 1/4″ thick steel differential skid plate. To keep the front CV angles proper with the new ride height, the front differential is relocated down between the crossmembers for smooth 4WD operation.
Fabtech’s Uniball Upper Control Arms provide increased strength to the front suspension by replacing the stock ball joint upper arms that can become worn and eventually fail under aggressive offroad use. These heavy duty upper arms are designed for longevity in rugged offroad conditions.
The top quality construction of these arms include .120″ wall 1.50″ OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and 1″ FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs.
The front Raptor shocks are replaced with Dirt Logic 3.0 Coilovers that feature a remote reservoir compression adjuster. This allows for a compliant highway ride with the ability to adjust the compression damping for aggressive offroad use. The rear Dirt Logic 3.0 Bypass shocks allow for 12″ of wheel travel with two compression adjusters and one rebound adjuster for total damping control.
The Dirt Logic 3.0 shocks will provide a noticeable increase in damping for Raptor owners looking to take their vehicle to the next level in suspension performance.
FRONT DIRT LOGIC 3.0 RESI COILOVER
These race quality Coilovers directly replace the stock Raptor Coilovers with improved offroad damping for aggressive driving in the most punishing conditions. They provide an additional 10% of wheel travel for a total of 11” when used with uniball upper control arms.
The Dirt Logic 3.0 shocks are constructed with a steel body and finished in a tactical black Cerakote coating for extreme durability. This coating provides 120 hour salt spray compared to zinc plated shocks only going 48 hour salt spray. NitroSteel® 1-1/4″ piston rods are utilized to repel rock chipping while providing superior corrosion resistance.
The cold wound Eibach coil springs have a 600lb. spring rate to properly hold the weight of the Raptor. They work perfectly with the proprietary valving of the Dirt Logic 3.0 Coilovers for high speed offroad use.
The remote 2.5 reservoir features a compression adjuster that allows increased damping for aggressive driving. The reservoir is mounted to the side of the frame allowing access to the large twist knob for fast and easy adjustments to the compression valving.
High tolerance internal components feature Viton seals and a 2.75 OD billet piston with variable flow bleed ports. It provides a compliant ride at low speed yet able to handle big impact hits with ease.
Completing the blacked out appearance of these Raptor Coilovers is the polished and black anodized aluminum components. They offset the matte Cerakote finish for a subtle yet bold statement.

REAR DIRT LOGIC 3.0 BYPASS SHOCK
The factory rear Raptor shocks have something less than desired when it comes to damping in aggressive offroad conditions. Dirt Logic 3.0 Bypass shocks will improve the ride quality of the rear suspension for aggressive offroad driving along with a compliant highway ride.
These Raptor Bypass shocks feature a 3 tube construction that provides two adjustments for compression and one for rebound. The tubes have been precisely placed on the body to provide superior damping throughout the travel range.
Each Bypass tube adjuster comes preset from hours of testing for the best overall performance. This eliminates the need to spend time adjusting on your first drive. Just bolt them on and go hit the trail.
The 2.5 OD piggyback reservoir provides additional cooling to help reduce fade during high speed offroad use.
Each bypass tubes and reservoir port are meticulously TIG welded to the 3.0 steel body. The body is then pressure tested, honed and coated with a Cerakote finish in tactical black for extreme durability. This coating provides 120 hour salt spray compared to zinc plated steel shocks only going 48 hour salt spray.
NitroSteel® 7/8″ piston rods are utilized for maximum corrosion resistance. A durable piston rod boot is included to totally protect the rod from sand and rock spray that can cause damage leading to seal failure.
